A quick, painless recording of the heart's electrical activity, used to assess chest pain, palpitations and cardiovascular risk. Results are interpreted during the same visit.
Basic ultrasound
Bedside ultrasound where clinically applicable, to guide assessment and decide whether formal imaging is needed.
Health education
Group and individual sessions on diabetes, hypertension, nutrition, substance use and family health.

Point-of-care testing guides assessment; it does not replace formal radiology or specialist investigation, which may still be necessary.
