How to book

Message the practice on WhatsApp, phone reception or send an enquiry through the contact page. Reception confirms a time slot and sends you the joining details.

During the consultation

Find a quiet, private space with a stable connection. The doctor will take your history, review results and issue a script or sick note electronically where appropriate.

When an in-person visit is needed

If your symptoms require examination, tests or a procedure, you will be asked to come in to the rooms — and the online consultation fee is applied to that visit where practice policy allows.
